hey peeps...
while doing dis post, just to let u guys know im in pain :)

well its just that hm... my whole body seems to be aching...
woke up rather early today, met keith and shi ping at Mac...
had breakfast :D

then had morning training, since coach is not around dat fcking mr.puah was asked my coach to coach us. dun get it wrong, mr puah is a coach but well hes just... erm.. GAY haha xD
and not to forget Fcking sadistic...
his training always consist of fcukin Physical =_=
soo ok after he finished with his lame ass drills.. well it came the "Best" part of his training his fcuking physical, well now to me his physical not realy something to fear la its not much of a kick hohoho xD
bt well one idiot sec 1 vomit!! hahas LOSER!! its not dat im evil, i just hate him, cos after vomiting i TRIED giving advice, "eh, go drink water and dun stand under the fan"
den he gave me the TALK TO THE Hand .. siala giv him finger of justice!! _l_

well ok soo now my legs a crammed.. his physical is nth, its just the after effect.. its Fcuk...
my left tricept seems to be crammed for some reason =_=

soo ok finnally his training ended, going to have afternoon, kinda EMO-ed in the hall. since i had a heavy breakfast din go out to eat... soo just hear songs and wait for the rest to return...
soo ok blah blah blah...
today at training somehow, Emo-ed at the stage, i donno why but well, hmm... i donno ok i shouldn't use the term EMO, but more of a deep in taught .. HAHA xD
well been thinking lately ... but to be honest i donno what im tinking about haha xp
i just stare into blank space.... =_=
soo yea, trainng rather slack, FINE Very Slack... =_=
soo ok it rained, just waited at the security post untill the rain stop...


hmmm... nothing much to say for now, just got to erm... put ice on my tricept, i hope nothing is broken inside me hahas, cos i did had a hard fall just now =_=
soo *fingers crossed* no broken bones haha just swollen muscles....
